Ich kann mich der anderen Rezension, bei der es um die Größenkontrolle seitens der fast immer anwesenden Mitarbeiterin geht, nur anschließen.
Bei uns stellt es sich aber leicht anders dar. Unsere Tochter ist bisschen größer als 100 cm und darf damit unten sitzen. Leider sieht das die genannte Mitarbeiterin anders. Ob sie einen falsch eingestellten Maßstab hat oder einfach in der Anwendung nicht geschult ist kann ich nicht sagen. Jedenfalls muss ich jedes Mal mit ihr eine hitzige Diskussion führen.
Das ist mühsam und unnötig. Bei allen anderen Attraktionen, welche im Übrigen wesentlich gefährlicher sind, funktioniert die Größenkontrolle einwandfrei.

Ich habe es auch schon an die Parkleitung geschrieben, die Dame muss entweder ordentlich eingeschult oder ersetzt werden.

Today, August 1, in the morning, I arrived at the park accompanied by my husband and our 3-year-old daughter... We were very happy!!!! We went to the first attraction for our daughter (which I show in the photo) They are a kind of 4-seater cars, two internal and two external... Our daughter tells us that she wanted to drive it from the inside so we put her on the cabin and I sit in the outside seat. A few seconds go by and I see the lady in charge approaching and I see that she opens the door of the vehicle where my daughter was sitting and without even looking at me, who was there, she tells my daughter in a despotic and unprofessional manner "get out of there , you can't be there" while he hit the ground twice with a wooden stick (the stick they use to measure height) my girl starts crying since he told her... I quickly ask her what it is what happens and she answers me without even looking me in the eye... "She doesn't have the height to be in there" she turned her back on me, walked towards the booth and started the attraction... My husband went towards her and asks her for an explanation for her activity and she only knew how to say that we should know that she could not get inside... I waited to be able to get off while my daughter cried non-stop, I gave the girl to my husband and I approached to her and told her that "the problem was not whether my girl could or not, the problem was motto was in the unprofessional way in which she addressed our daughter and even worse when we, the parents, were present, she did not even look us in the eye... How I also told her that it was very painful that she worked in a playground a person without ethics, unprofessional and without any empathy! The parents who were present showed their astonishment at the attitude of that lady who is named "MARÍA" after I finished expressing my discontent for the mistreatment of my daughter, she made a gesture with her hand indicating that we should leave and it was when my husband didn't hold back and told him that with that attitude it was better to work with wild animals and not with children! I imagine that they should have investigated that worker, because I am sure that my daughter is not the first to treat her badly... People like that with that attitude for no reason should not work in children's places. Unlike that lady, the treatment of all the other workers was 10, some smiled, others wished you a nice day but for my daughter it was not a totally fun day since every time she entered an attraction she took us by the hand ( we imagine that to feel more secure) which is rare for her since our daughter is very independent... But we knew why she did it...

Jazda autíčok radených ako vláčik po koľajniciach cez záhradu. Tiež naša veľmi obľúbená atrakcia, i keď pre dospelého nie je veľa miesta v autíčkach, ale čo by sme pre deti neurobili. Ak nie je veľa ľudí, tak môžete ísť bez vystúpenia aj viackrát za sebou.
